OFFICE ETIQUETTE

We are a small health centre and during busy times, space is limited. In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times we have a firm 12-hour cancellation policy moving forward as we return to work.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please use your online account if it is within your cancellation window, or call us at  at least 12 hours in advance. If your appointment is for a Monday, you must cancel your appointment by 4pm on the Saturday before .  You may leave a message with your name and appointment details. Cancelling outside of these guidelines will be a full price charge. 

 

We realize that sometimes a sudden illness (of you or a loved one) or an emergency can prevent you from giving cancellation notice. In this instance, we will use our discretion and if the circumstances are sudden and out of your control, we will work with you to re-schedule your appointment without charges.

Covid Reasons- if you are in isolation, quarantine, have symptoms, a diagnosis for yourself or an immediate family member, your cancellation fee will be waived. 

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

Full price charge by credit card on file. 

2 times of no-showing or failure to give sufficient cancellation notice will result in termination of relationship with clinic.   

 

ETIQUETTE

New policy is please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, but please be on time.  

Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.  We ask to scan the QR code on the door which will check you in upon your arrival.  As we are now opening post COVID-19, we are unable to have you sit inside the clinic prior to your appointment.  We will notify you via text when we are ready for you.
